This is a copy of the report I fabricated and sent to Harley Davidson (owner of Buell Motorcycle Company), the dealership I purchased the motorcycle from, and the dealership that serviced the motorcycle. This report was a last resort demand for assistance, after I had repeated catastrophic issues with this motorcycle.
The outcome was very positive, and after some negotiations, Harley Davidson purchased the motorcycle back from my at my requested cost. Harley Davidson (Corporate) and Valley Harley Davidson (Dealership) worked together, and helped me achieve this very acceptable outcome, and I thanked them profusely.
